Flying while pregnant

If you intend to travel by plane while expecting a baby and the pregnancy is completely healthy and normal - you are free to come and go as you please until the 36th week of you pregnancy. It is mostly recommended to choose short flights during which you are well advised to put your feet up - this will help keep the blood moving from you ankles to your heart and lungs which improves the blood circulation. However, if you are expecting to have more than one baby, you have suffered from miscarriage or have any issues with blood circulation it would be best to change your travel plans.
